Volusia Health Network is a licensed Third Party Administrator (TPA) and currently administers and processes claims for the following plans:

Halifax Health Plan—This includes the employees and dependents of several affiliates within the Halifax Health that select the Halifax Health Plan and Dental Plan.

Halifax Call Network & Trauma programs.

Bert Fish Medical Center Charity Health Plan—This includes those individuals residing within the Southeast Volusia Hospital District that meet the qualifying guidelines.

Volusia Health Network also provides Repricing services for several clients. Under this service, claims are submitted to Volusia Health Network for Repricing based on Volusia Health Network's fee schedule. Once reprised, claims are submitted to the appropriate external Third Party Administration (TPA) for processing. Questions regarding eligibility or claims status should be directed to the TPA processing the claims.
